Kinglake Street,1937. You are looking towards the Old Kent Road; Eagle Place is to the left and Brook Cottages to the right. The Two Eagles pub is jutting out in the gap.  X.png

The shop is that of Francis Watson & his family at no. 46. The shop is believed to have been in Brook's Cottages (but numbered as Amery's Place). Brook's Cottage's was on the right at the far end of the houses and is no longer there, c1895.
