Just having another look at all these film locations. Did you do all the research to get the updated shots, it's very impressive.
Hi Rod,thanks for that. Most of the updated shots I have located but a few came with the actual picture shots, though I do still check to make sure they are correct. It does take time but it makes it all worth while when you get a feed back from a member, thanks again Rod.

Hi , we lived at 200 Weston Street , which was used in the film scene of the blitz bombings. I recall that the lower end of Weston Street was demolished and a new concrete jungle called Hunter Close built on the site. I just returned to the site after a few years, most of the photos and memories I chat to my dad about as it was a great time in his, and my lives. Thanks for keeping the site going. Regards. Film Poor Cow 1967. Stars: Terence Stamp, Carol White, John Bindon, Queenie Watts, Kate Williams, Billy Murray.
- This is part of the Palatinate Estate. The view is facing
north in the courtyard to the rear of Pollock Road,
to the left, and Rodney Place, to the right.
- This is the roof of the tenement fronting Rodney Place,
a road that still exists running south from New Kent Road
to the former Deacon Street which roughly followed the
line of the later Deacon Way.
- Roof of the Rodney Place tenement, Palatinate Estate,
Warren Buildings on Brandon Street, left of centre distance.
The waste ground to the bottom centre is the already
demolished area north of Eider Street

- Abbey Street, looking down Maltby Street, the post-box
whilst repositioned remained as does 132 Abbey Street,
on the. Right.
- Abbey Street, 2021. Same location, looking down
Maltby Street.
- Abbey Street at the junction with The Grange.
- Abbey Street, 2021. Same location. now with
Breton House taking the place of the prefabs.
- Abbey Street with the call box outside the Royal George Pub,
the rear of prefab number 33 The Grange left.
