I remember the milk at webb street, I was once a milk monitor.
In the summer months, the smell of warm milk was a bit overpowering.
What about Nitty Nora the bug explorer, she had a steel comb dipped in some solution to kill the bugs? then dragged it through your hair.

Bermondsey, Punch & Judy show 1936. Really enjoyed this but by all accounts it is to violent for today's kids. So,let them sit in front of the TV and see all the bloodshed and cruelty that goes on there to real human beings, not a puppet on a string.
