IVANHOE ROAD

The Ivanhoe was situated at 28 Ivanhoe Road. This pub was known as Hoopers at time of closure in 2012. The building still exists.
This was a street party to celebrate the end of WW2. The residents of Ivanhoe Road and Grove Hill road joined together. Many had harrowing stories of the bombing.
