GLEAN ALLEY

Postby kiwi » Tue Sep 19, 2017 4:34 am

I think Glean Alley was where London Bridge Station is today. Coming from London Bridge it would have been on the right passed Joiner Street and before Hays wharf which is on the left. There was a street called Cotton Wharf (on the left) and I think it would have been nearly opposite that. Glean Alley (Tooley Street), Richard Clarke halfpenny. Don’t know too much about these coins, maybe someone else does.
