- Blendon Row Park, Blendon Row, East Street, c1971. Was on the right coming from the Old Kent Road Just past Orb Street & is no longer there.

- Blendon Row, East St, a large tenement building on the site of what is now the garden walk in Nursery Row Park, was infamous for its cramped conditions and there was just one toilet for all the flats on each floor.

Temporary adventure playground that sprang up after demolition of the slum dwellings and the swing park.
- Blendon Row, c1980, behind you can just see the 2 prefabs and houses in Eltham street awaiting demolition.
- Behind is Marnock House in Brandon street and to the left is Newbolt House.

Blendon Row adventure playground c1970. Health & Safety would have spoilt their fun.
