Seeing that picture of Guinness Buildings reminded me of when I was a little boy. The railings were gone for the war effort and had not been replaced. I used to walk along the top of the little wall. One day I tried to jump the gap where the block entrance was and missed. I took the skin off my shin from top top bottom. Still makes my legs go wobbly to think about it today.
