Laytons Grove was off the Borough High Street just before you get to Long Lane between Mermaid Court and Angel Place and was on the site of the new Southwark Library

Apologies for this, but the picture on the right above is Angel Place not Laytons Grove. Laytons Grove was on the far end of the building on the right.
