This is now an entrance to Burgess Park. The buildings on the right lasted until the early 1960s.The buildings on the left disappeared due to Second World War bomb damage which, also destroyed the Princess Charlotte pub in Albany Road.

In c1950 Boyson Road ran from Camberwell Road to Westmoreland Road. Now stops at Bradenham Close by the Aylesbury Estate.
