Druid Street, this view looks west along the wide railway arches leading towards London Bridge Station. These arches are a short distance east of Tower Bridge Road. 2015

: Modern street map showing: RED ARROW – Site of glass jar depot beside Druid Street.
There was a company called French Flint – which had a depot at one time inside several railway arches in Druid Street, under the wide viaduct leading to London Bridge Station. Not sure whether they made glass jars or just supplied them?

The Marquis of Wellington Pub originally 28 Gedling street in the mid-1800s, then along the way it became 10 Gedling Street. After Gedling Street disappeared it became 21 Druid Street, I believe the pub is now closed?
