Building shown is the rear of St Mary's Estate.
There were two pubs here, (Beer Houses) The Swan & The Sun, one on each corner.
Though the picture states The Sun pub(site of) meaning The Swan was where the photo was taken from. There is a chance that could be reversed, as I’ve not been able to confirm their location.
