Brunel Road
Bricklayers Arms Public House which I understand became the Painters Arms before closure in the 1980s.
The picture from 1905 shows the building with an upper floor but by the 1930s the building had changed to what we see today.
Since closing as a pub it has lost its chimney stacks, two doors and the windows have again been changed and it is now The Rainbow Chinese Restaurant.
The Newsagent Tobacconist seen in the earlier picture has gone and is now the Londis Supermarket

G. Dodd and Son shop, at 51 Brunel Road, Bermondsey, at the junction with Railway Avenue.
The billboard advertising poster on first floor for White Swan French Brandy. The entrance to Rotherhithe Underground station to the left. Further along the road vacant sites with leafless trees will become houses of Ronald Buckingham Court. 1957.

Re: Brunel Road - Rotherhithe
Duke of Edinburgh pub (site of) Dodds Place, now Brunel Road, Rotherhithe. This stood from 1867 to 1904 on the east corner at the junction with Forsythe Street and Dodds Place (no longer there). Forsythe Street and the pub would have been just right of the wheelie bins. Kinburn Street is the turning on the right. 2016.

Adam Street is indeed the original name for Brunel Road - the street predates the Thames Tunnel by many years. It is after the street that the pub therein was named.
The building on the right is indeed Rotherhithe Station, but there is something awry. The building is obviously set back from the pavement and has a front yard, whereas the one with which we are familiar is flush with the pavement edge - and yet the window arches look familiar. The building was in fact extended about forty years after it had opened but the new frontage was built in exactly the same style as the old. If you look at the inside view of the booking hall posted by fosney on Mon 6, 2017 you can see where the original front wall was replaced with pillars to support the roof, and in the outside views (and in aerial views) you can see that the original building is the part with the pitched roof and the extension has a flat roof. The extention must date from around 1910.
Wikipedia tells us that "the original station entrance was located in Albion Street". This is incorrect - the station has always been in Brunel Road, formerly Adam Street.
