This is my Great Aunt Rose Basham outside Effords Bakery 269 Borough High Street. The photo would have been taken in about 1920. The bakery also had a branch in Great Dover Street.

at the junction of Falcon Court.

Grapes Pub, 160 Borough High Street, not to be confused with The Grapes, now called St. Christopher's Inn at 121 Borough High Street. Picture states at the junction of Falcon Court, which would be to the right looking at the picture. I assume that it is an alley going through to Falcon Court which is now called Little Dorrit Court.
