A word of thanks to Fogbrain for this location and information.
Crosby Row. The pub is the Whitesmith's Arms, converted to flats in 2014. Guy's Hospital tower (the old one, obviously) in the background. This GSV of 2012 shows the pub still trading: https://goo.gl/maps/sCkHt2tpMvWWRZXd9.
Crosby Row Long Lane
Re: Crosby Row Long Lane
Picture states Crosby Row checked but unable to confirm. If it is I think it is looking towards Long Lane.
Re: Crosby Row Long Lane
It's looking north towards Snows Fields; the tall building at the end on the left is The Angel. It's on the LPA website at https://www.londonpicturearchive.org.uk ... em?i=53947.kiwi wrote:Picture states Crosby Row checked but unable to confirm. If it is I think it is looking towards Long Lane.

Thanks Fogbrain, It's looking north towards Snows Fields. I should have I realized that with the pub on the far left hand corner. I think my virus is playing tricks with my eyes.
Re: Crosby Row Long Lane
But I haven't the slightest idea about what's going on in the first doorway on the right.
