I Have not been able to locate this, though I have read that it was off Tanner Street, Bermondsey Street end, hence posting here. My best guess is that in the background is Tanner House, making Musk Court where Swan House is today with Tanner Street to the right.? If that is wrong, please let me know.

Musk Court ran north from White's Grounds. The flats are 22-59 White's Grounds Estate, and 1-22 was built on the site of Musk Court.

Tanner Street, Walter Coles & Co Ltd, sold polythene bags. Since 2012 it has been an arts venue, Ugly Duck. Tower Bridge Road to the left.
