Grange Road, these buildings where on the corner of, then Bermondsey New Road (right) and Grange Road, Nos 5-7. 5. Abraham Burton’s toy dealership and number 7, the archway on the left gives access to David and Benjamin Gladding’s rug making works. The buildings from the archway to now Tower Bridge Road right were demolished for the re-alignment of the road. Number 8 is left of the archway, both still there today.
