I'm almost certain this is The Fleece Pub.?

Spot on. Here they are being waved off as the coach turns left into Abbey Street.

Abbey Street running left to right, George Row right of Dockhead House and the nursery on the corner of Abbey Street and Marine Street. Best guess on dates between 1940-42.?
