Cheers Fogbrain, took it at face value it was Lupin Point. Had to smile when I checked it out and saw that you were right, that was so well spotted, Lupin Point would be more to the right. What do they say do not ASSUME? :roll:

Curious fact: both Casby House and Lupin Point are no longer officially part of the Dickens Estate; also Bowley House.

I started work at Beaches as a driver in 1960, looking at the yard, bottom of the chimney reminds me of our tight it was with 4 or 5 lorries trying to load-up. Lord Palmerston Pub, top right of the chimney, had many a good pint in there, so long ago, but some great memories. :)
