King’s Stair Gardens is situated between Jamaica Road & The Thames, with Paradise Street & Fulford Street in between (2026).

In the photo we can see the Norwegian Church in the centre with Regina house and Columbia Point behind, and St Mary's Estate on the left, so that puts the photographer in King's Stairs Gardens, right by the river I reckon.
