Once again outside our area but posted for information on the Grand Surrey Canal.

- Grand Surrey Canal, The Surrey View Tavern, Canal and Boathouse Walk right.

- Commercial Way, site of The Surrey View Tavern, c2022, Canal all gone.

White Building middle top was the Golden Eagle Pub on the corner of Neate Street, Willowbrook Grove is the light road on the right opposite the pub. The space going left was the Council Depot and the building to the right of the Glengall Bridge sign was a Bedding Factory.

- Oxestalls Road, Surrey Canal Bridge, late 1960s. Crane seen in background belonged to Stewards and it was located at their New Baltic Wharf.

Picture States Grand Surrey Canal near to Wells Way Bridge. Wells Way is back left; I think the bridge was called St George’s Bridge

. The houses are those which came off Neate Street, and the chimney is the Mineral Water Works.

Peckham not our area but posted for information regarding the Canal.

- Grand Surrey Canal, end of the Canal, building on the left in the distance is the Jones & Higgins Store, Peckham High Street.
