I’m assuming this is 1915, WW1, and Union Road is Jamaica Road. Strange that they have put Union Road when I think it changed to Jamaica Road as early as 1900? Was some part still called Union Road.

I never knew they had a Drinking Fountain And Cattle Trough Association. If I remember correctly there was a Horse Trough by the coffee stall in the slip road opposite St Olave's & St Saviour's Grammar School for Boy's.?
