Don’t know a lot about this company, I know they were in Jacob Street, Dockhead in 1885 or at least the Southwell family were. Chas Southwell & Co of Jacob Street was at the British Industries Fair, White City, London in 1929.

I DON’T KNOW A LOT ABOUT THIS COMPANY BUT I THINK ARMSTRONGS TRANSPORT HAD A YARD IN OLD JAMAICA ROAD BY/NEAR THE ARCHES SOMETIME IN THE 70S. BEFORE THAT THEY SHARED A YARD WITH RICHARDSONS & BOWKERS OPPOSITE LILLIPUT HALL.
