Lift bridge, Redriff Road, Rotherhithe. This bridge was originally built in 1949 and used at Deptford Creek before being moved here to what was Surrey Docks in 1959. REDRIFF ROAD

The Dockers Shelter, Redriff Road, Rotherhithe Now used as a large bus shelter, this was historically the place where dock workers would wait to find casual piece work. It says Redriff Road my memory is saying Redriff Way, anyone know??

Built at the same time as the 1905 church that was destroyed in 1940 during WWII. The present church is the third.
