I’m told that the deputy head was Miss Roberts and the school amalgamated with Bermondsey School.

I can’t remember this shop or the gentleman, can anyone else. The man I believe was the manager and the father of the owner. Unfortunately, no date.

This is something I never knew. No date with picture but looking when he was born (1929) I would think it was the mid-1930s. I do remember him as an actor does anyone else. :?: Larcom Street, St Johns School, Ronald Hines actor, sitting front row on the right with his tie hanging out. Mid-1930s. X.....

The houses are those which came off Neate Street, and the chimney is the Mineral Water Works. Grand Surrey Canal, Wells Way back left, houses are in Neate Street...
